This operational check determines if Attic has access to your Microsoft Exchange Online environment by attempting to retrieve the accepted domains from the Exchange configuration.
Rationale
Attic monitors email flows and checks your cloud email server configuration for potential improvements. Continuous access to your Microsoft environment is necessary for these checks and monitoring.
Outcomes
- Okay: Access to the Microsoft environment is properly configured.
- Critical: Access is not properly configured and action is required.
Fix
If the check results in a Critical outcome, the access will need to be reconfigured. An automated fix is not available. Manual steps:
- We will register a ticket to provide you with the correct instructions.
- Follow the instructions to manually reconfigure the access.
