Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Status Check [CHK-1132]

A brief overview of the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) status for all users. It shows which users do not have MFA methods registered.

Missing MFA methods give an indication the user does not use it. Forcing MFA is done via security defaults and conditional access.

Rationale

Ensuring all users have MFA enabled enhances security by adding an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access.

Fix

Manual steps:

  1. Navigate to the user settings in your system.
  2. Check the MFA status for each user.
  3. If MFA is not enabled, instruct the user to set it up.
