Count inactive users [CHK-1010]
This operational check gives a list of the accounts that havent logged in for 30 days.
Gives an overview of accounts that are inactive for more than 30 days. Uses the UnifiedAuditlog to determine this. So users that do not have a Exchange Online account would not be counted.
