MDR stands for Managed Detection and Response.
This is a cybersecurity service that combines 24/7 monitoring with immediate response by experts when suspicious activity is detected. Includes long-term storage of logs for forensic investigations.

Our packages specifically protect against: phishing pages (FREE), hacker login attempts (BOUNCER), and doing optimal security settings in Microsoft 365 to keep hackers out (FIXER). The MDR package also includes 24/7 monitoring and our team intervenes immediately in case of suspicious activity.

Article 23 - Obligation to report incidents

  • 24-hour early warning: rapid detection of cyber incidents ensures that you can make the mandatory notification to the NCSC on time
  • 72-hour incident notification: detailed logs of the cyber incident (timeline, affected systems, actions taken) support your notification
  • 1-month final report: all incident data is retained for reporting
  • Aggregated data: systematic logging facilitates ENISA reporting
